Bartlett & Weigle Co., L.P.A. is a full-service immigration firm with 25 years experience offering expertise in all aspects of immigration law.  Our specialties include business, employment, family, international adoption, employer sanctions, asylum, deportation/exclusion and criminal.

The Firm counsels large, multi-national corporations and small companies as well as individuals in matters ranging from treaty investor/trader status (E visas), intercompany transferees (L visas), temporary work authorization for professionals (H visas), waiver of foreign residency requirements (J waivers) and permanent residency issues (national interest waivers, priority worker petitions and PERM applications). Its attorneys are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) receiving up-to-the-minute information on new laws and procedures and participating in lobbying efforts on Capital Hill to affect pending legislation.
One of our attorneys sat as a Director on AILA's Board of Governors (the governing body) and continues to serve on liaison committee meetings with Immigration personnel at the highest level, the Firm maintains a high national profile with contacts throughout the country.
