Bartlett & Weigle in Cincinnati

Our firm was created in 1980 when four Chase College of Law graduates followed a dream to practice law in Cincinnati. Since then, we have continued to grow and evolve to meet the needs of our clients. The history of Bartlett & Weigle Co. L.P.A. reflects the high morality standard we set for ourselves and further demonstrates that we are legal advocates for those in need.

Our practice began with high profile immigration cases in 1980, when we successfully represented associates from the former Iran monarch. The associates were seeking political asylum protection in the U.S. following the Iran revolt that occurred in 1979. Our success with these cases helped establish our presence in immigration law practice in Cincinnati.

Today, we continue to succeed in terminating and cancelling deportation proceedings, obtaining asylum and reuniting families for countless clients. Pro-bono work is a substantial part of our immigration practice because we recognize the difficulties many of our clients are facing. Our firm is built on representing those in need.

Although our practice began with immigration, we have developed many other substantial practice areas, such as Criminal, Estate Planning, Business Law, Personal Injury and more.

Our six lawyers and eleven staff members have over 200 years of combined work experience at our firm. We are proud of where we have come since four night-school lawyers embarked on their journey to practice law. We look forward to many more years of serving you.
