Meet WILLIAM T. BARTLETT


Immigration Law, Corporate Law, Franchise Law, Estate Planning Law.


Born in Erie, Pennsylvania, Bill was the first member of his family to attend college. He graduated as an engineer from Penn State University in 1967. After graduation, he came to Cincinnati to work for Procter & Gamble and has been here ever since.

During that time, Bill began his journey in law. He worked during the day and attended night classes in the Chase College of Law school until he passed the Bar in 1974. He then went to work for a small technical company as a general manager and legal counsel, successfully developing the company’s franchise program throughout the U.S.

In 1980, Bill, along with a few of his former Chase Law School classmates, began the private practice, Bartlett & Weigle Co. L.P.A.

Bill has been married to his wife Elaine for over 40 years and has two children, Chris and Justin. Justin is also an attorney at Bartlett & Weigle. He resides in Wyoming, Ohio, where he was elected and served as a three-term City Council Member.
