Responsible for invoicing clients, keeping up with accounts receivable, running profitability reports, paying bills, maintain files. Pay compensatory with experience and education.
Associate degree in Accounting or Finance and/or two years of bookkeeping experience
Advanced understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
Advanced computer literacy, including proficient use of all Microsoft Office products
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, including data entry
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in protecting sensitive information
Ability to work independently and meet required deadlines
Demonstrated client relationship management as well as collaboratively within a team setting
Experience with Tabs3 Billing Software is preferred, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken) is a plus.
