Matt wins difficult cancellation of removal case!

By bartlett-weigle | 01/11/22

Bartlett & Weigle is pleased to announce that on January 7, 2022 Attorney Matthew Benson obtained a preliminary grant of cancellation of removal for a very deserving client from an Immigration Judge in Cleveland, OH.

Once finalized, a grant of cancellation of removal leads to lawful permanent resident (green card) status and later U.S. Citizenship.  It is a very difficult form of relief to obtain as it requires a showing of a number of factors including good moral character and an extremely high level of hardship to one’s qualifying relatives, such as U.S. Citizen children or spouse.  If you or a loved one are facing removal proceedings feel free to contact us as B&W for a thorough analysis of your case and options.
